Cozy Brunch
Every first Sunday of the month we say: "Get Together with distance". At the brunch with a delicious homemade buffet there is something for everyone. In the relaxed atmosphere of the KAIFU LODGE restaurant you can meet other athletes, see familiar faces and spend a great morning with like-minded people.
Our brunch buffet is offered in two shifts: 10:30 am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
Per person our brunch costs 15,50 €, including table water and juice spritzers. That's what a Sunday at the Gym means to us!
Our Fitfood
We attach great importance to a sports-oriented diet and want to offer you only the best for your body before and after training. You can eat the meals, shakes and drinks on site or even take them home as take-away. And of course without any plastic, because sustainability is also important to us. Both with our food and with the packaging.

You are planning a sporty Christmas party, your birthday as a squash tournament in the KAIFU-LODGE or the next teambuilding event? Feel free to contact us and ask us about our catering. We are happy to realize events and catering for you and help you individually with the planning and implementation.
LIVE SPORTS BROADCASTS
While you make yourself comfortable and enjoy your meal, you can relax and watch our entertainment program: SKY, DZN, soccer matches of the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, Champions League, Premier League, international matches, tennis, squash TV, American soccer and much more is broadcasted on several TV sets. A feeling like at home in the living room.
