Workout

We prepare you! In our workout classes in Hamburg we train strength, endurance, fitness and flexibility. Everything that keeps you fit and healthy. Sometimes without equipment, just with your body weight, sometimes with dumbbells, weight plates or barbells. Our courses are guaranteed to have the right thing for you. 

Yoga

Yoga unites body and mind. In our different yoga classes there is something for everyone: whether powerful or quiet hours, everyone gets his money's worth. Learn to be mindful of your body in our yoga classes and find deceleration. Everyday life can wait. 

Spinning

Sweat is guaranteed here! If you really want to work out, then our spinning classes are just right for you. The endurance training on stationary bicycles is a real cardio blast: Our motivating trainers push you with deep beats and really get your cardiovascular system going with intense intervals.

Here you can bring body and mind in harmony, find inner peace and calm down with targeted physical and breathing exercises. Dance & Choreography

In our dance and choreography classes you train coordination, cardio and above all: fun with sports! Learn from our trained instructors how to move to the music - and burn calories and build muscle at the same time. Dancing is the perfect full-body workout.
