GET FIT WITH ATHLETIC TRAINING
Whether you are a handball player, a runner or a tennis player: athletic training makes you better in every sport. You become fitter, stronger, faster, more flexible. During athletic training in our specially designed athletic areas in Hamburg, you can really work out on monkey bars, cable pulls, weights, with ropes, on the sky ergometer, on air bikes, rowing machines and punching bags.
And then finally with the sled push and pull, the entire body is challenged and everyone goes to their limits.
Athletic Area II
You prefer to train in a group? Great! In the ATHLETIC AREA II you can expect challenging workouts that combine intensive strengthening, cardiovascular training and flexibility and stress the entire body. For all who are fully resilient from head to toe and are really into sports and sweat.
