On our training area we offer various 30-minute workouts, which are performed in a group of max. 6 people (currently 4) and under the guidance of a trainer. 

Enjoy intensive and individual support from our qualified trainers and get closer to your athletic goals! 

Training hours

Monday to Friday, 17:00-17:30: 

Mondays: Mobility 
Tuesdays: Five Concept
Wednesdays: Buttocks & Belly
Thursdays: Back 
Fridays: TRX
