Our personal trainers are specialists in their field and are happy to share their knowledge for your success.
All our trainers have a qualified education as a fitness trainer and/or a personal trainer education as well as further additional qualifications. They will be happy to create a customized training plan for you in the area of:
- Muscle building
- strength training
- weight reduction
- Strength and endurance training
- Cardio training (cardiovascular training)
- special training plans, for example with the TRX
Advice on basic nutritional optimization is mastered by all our trainers.
