Finally time to give your body the attention it deserves and to fill up on energy and joie de vivre? Then you've come to the right place with our Best Ager Training! 

In small groups of no more than 6 people, you will complete various exercises in the areas of strength training and flexibility under the guidance of a trainer. Thanks to the small number of participants, you benefit from intensive support from the trainer. He will individually respond to your needs and your fitness level - the best conditions for a successful training!
